Human Capital is an important element of an organization’s opportunity to thrive.  As consumers we often identify with companies that share our values, which make us engaged and loyal customers.  However, what are the core elements of these companies that allow them to take sustainability and imbed it into the fabric of their culture, making them strong brands to consumers, and creating loyal, passionate, and driven employees?

New Belgium Brewing Co. is one of the largest craft breweries in the United States, the company founded in 1991 focusing on Belgium style beers.  The company is known for its commitment to sustainability.

In addition, New Belgium has taken a commitment to "High Involvement Culture" to create a governance structure that is unique and effective.  From Open-book management, employee ownership, zero based budgeting, employee autonomy, and other employee benefits, New Belgium has an unwavering commitment to culture that has resulted in innovative ideas and a compelling case study why creative governance is an essential component for sustainability.

In this webinar you will hear from HR Director Jenny Briggs on how the company builds, sustains and measures their efforts. This includes employee retention, specific metrics related to culture, how a High Involvement Culture is beyond employee engagement and integral to sustainability and the mission of the company.
